Diary Entry #7: Choreographing A New Behavior
February 7, 2005
Dear Diary,
Assignment: Distract loyal owner and introduce new behavior
Situation: Loyal owner wastes time instead of preparing breakfast
Resolution: Ashley and I choreographed the perfect new behavior for loyal owner to learn, and it was successful. We have now perfected the "you go in and I'll go out" routine, in perfect synch. Loyal owner has to figure out that one of us is coming in the door and one of us is going out the door, thus forcing loyal owner to leave the machine with the clicking noises that is stared at each morning. So far this morning alone, loyal owner has arisen from the sitting place, and has performed this new behavior at least six times. I believe this will be easy for loyal owner to learn in one session. Again, teamwork triumphs.
Signed with a smile,
